We schedule and conduct showings with all prospective tenants interested in viewing your property. If a property is already tenant-occupied, we are particularly respectful of tenant rights and provide ample notice.

Conduct Background Checks & Prepare Lease Documents

We perform extensive background and criminal checks on all applicants. We review these background checks with you and offer our recommendations (when appropriate) so that you can make an informed decision on whether to approve an application.

Once you approve the applicant(s), we will prepare the lease agreement, disclosures and numerous other legally-required documents.

We oversee the lease signing and collect the security deposit (if applicable) and first month’s rent.
